TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The client must fill in the commission enquiry form and wait for confirmation from the artist before the discussion of the commission details.

The artist has the right to refuse any commission request.

The artist reserves the right to stop work on a commission, or cancel a commission request due to poor communication and rude/inappropriate behaviour of the client.

The artist will not create any depiction of any form of hateful or racist imagery.

Any time-sensitive commissions will not be accepted. The artist will have at least 5 days to finish a commission.

The client must pay a non-refundable 50% fee before the start of work. The rest of the payment must be submitted before the delivery of the commission.

The client will have a maximum of 2 request of revisions before the final work. Additional request will require renegotiation of the timeframe and the fee.

The client may not edit, alter, or trace the commission without the artist’s permission; this includes the watermark of the artist.

Commissions will be provided to the client via email in .jpeg format; this does not include the raw files (e.g., .psd, .mdp, etc.).

All base prices may change upon the complexity of the commission.
